Hi, I’m Jesse.

I have collectively led in the hospitality industry and the non-profit realm for over 20 years. During that time, I have coached leaders, trained teams, and been a public speaker. I love to guide leaders in their mission and am energized by helping teams create a better culture, achieve their goals, and gain clarity for organizational success.

My approach is to help leaders and teams get out of the “either or” and move to the “both and” solutions. Some times you need to find the ThirdWay.
